- Hard to believe, but this is the week that your THANKSGIVING ORDERS ARE DUE at Casa-Rolls! You can call, fax, or drop by either store to place your order. If you have questions about our offerings or need some help choosing which sides will go best with the meal you are serving, ask any of our knowledgeable staff to help you with your planning! Our FRESH, homemade casseroles are a "first bake" and will taste just like YOU madethem! At an AFFORDABLE price, we can save you HOURS in the kitchen when you would rather be visiting withfamily & friends. Print off our Thanksgiving order form if you do not have one already! LATEST PRE-ORDER DATE: SATURDAY, NOV. 22ND, however, the sooner your order is in, the more helpful it is for us to prepare for you!

- You are invited to come to our Holiday Tasting TOMORROW, November, 8th, at BOTH Casa-Rolls locations. We will be serving "taste" portions of these items: Chicken N Dressing, Sweet Potato Souffle with Pecan Praline Topping, Spinach Gratin, Corn Pudding, Green Bean Casserole, Baked Pineapple Casserole, Curried Fruit, Creamed Pearl Onions, Pureed Butternut Squash Bake, Cranberry Apple Crisp, Artichoke Spinach Dip, Sweet & Spicy Onion Dip, Cranberry Sauce, and our new Chocolate Stacks dessert. We have been happy in our work this week, preparing and tasting these YUMMY holiday dishes. We are excited aboutthe busy Thanksgiving and Christmas season ahead, and hope that we will be able to help you during the season!! There will be ladies at each store that will be able to help you with your planning and answer any questions that you might have about our Thanksgiving dishes. HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!!
We are currently ACCEPTING THANKSGIVING PRE-ORDERS. The cut off date for pre-ordering is SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22nd. After that time, we will not be able to guarantee that we can make your casseroles in time, so PLEASE start your planning today!! You can call either store East Brainerd: 423-510-9570 OR Hixson: 423-710-3851 to place your order. You can also come in to the store and talk with someone to help you with your planning! Fax is also a way to get us your order...East Brainerd fax 423-510-9572 & Hixson fax 423-710-3852. If you choose to fax, please follow up with a phone call to verify that we got your order as we want to make sure that no order is overlooked!
HAVING A PARTY??? Just call and we will come to your rescue!!! We can prepare for any size crowd...office get togethers, bunco groups, family gatherings, girls night out....we can even have it hot and ready for you to pick up; or for larger groups, we will DELIVER hot and ready for you to serve.
We will be OPEN the day after Thanksgiving as well as Saturday....we know that many of you will have families in town for the weekend, and if your house is anything like mine, FOOTBALL (and other sports) will be a family activity for the weekend. We will have all of our delicious dips and casseroles instock, so please stop by and see us!
