- Merry Christmas from Casa-Rolls!
- Our employees got together this weekend for our annual Christmas party, and we all agreed that this year has been the BEST!! We have a great team who enjoys working together to serve YOU and we are ready to get to work on our Christmas Holiday Menu, which is posted on our web site OR available at both stores. All orders are due by SATURDAY Dec. 20th for guaranteed availability. THE EARLIER you order THE BETTER. We have some really nice additions to the Christmas Pre-Order menu that are different from Thanksgiving...Fresh Veggies to roast, Meats to grill, Award Winning Breakfast Meats, to name a few! BREAKFAST CASSEROLES are a big hit this time of year...nothing beats waking up on Christmas morning and knowing that breakfast is ready in the midst of holiday excitement!! We also can help for your HOLIDAY PARTIES! No need to stress about what to take to that office or Sunday School "pot luck"...we've got you covered!

The Hixson Casa-Rolls location has a NEW OVEN which is being connected and tested this week. Starting next Monday (barring no complications) we will begin to offer the HOT service that so many of you in the Hixson area have requested. To use this service you will need to call the store at 423-710-3851 (at least 30 minutes in advance or earlier) give your name, place your order and let us know what time you will be there to pick it up. Dinner will be HOT and ready to eat the moment you get home!

After the New Year, we will re-vamp our daily menu and offerings for the cold winter months ahead. Some of our regular items will be off the menu to allow for other casseroles to take center stage. If you have suggestions for items that you would like on the menu or as specials, I am ALWAYS open for suggestions, so feel free to e-mail me.
